Helping Vietnam Companies Expand to Asia

Hanoi has a developed and synchronous infrastructure network. Industrial parks, export processing zones and Noi Bai International Airport are just 40 km from the City center. Hai Phong and Cai Lan Ports (adjacent to Ha Long Bay – the World Natural Heritage), which receive investment for import/export purposes, are only 120 km from Hanoi. The City is the transport hub of the North with the developing railway and road system.

A young, trained workforce is available in Hanoi and surrounding provinces. The city places hundreds of institutes for scientific research and more than 50 universities and colleges that are capable of providing approximately 80,000 graduates each year and meeting the demand for highly skilled and industrious workers, enhancing corporate efficiency.

Vietnamese Government bodies, diplomatic missions and international organizations such as the United Nations (UN) and the European Union Delegation (EU) are all located in Hanoi, providing investors with a sound communication network for information and experience sharing.

Real estate holds a pivotal position in the development of a country, not only via the spillover impacts on other economic sectors such as construction, manufacturing, tourism, finance and banking etc. but also affecting the social dynamic by mobilizing the residency and infrastructure system. Foreign direct investment in real estate (RFDI) in Vietnam has a long running history and is unique in that it is largely dominated by the private sector compared to other industries which usually still have a rather large Government involvement. International capital has consistently been selecting real estate as the destination of choice, given that RDI has always been in the top 2 and 3 for volume inflow over the last 10 years, even throughout extremely turbulent periods such as COVID-19, per the General Statistics Office of Vietnam’s (GSO) data.
