- Maintain and manage internal documents of clients’ company, including legal documents of subsidiaries, affiliates, branches, representative offices, business locations, seals, charter, internal management regulations, meeting minutes, resolutions, shareholder register/member registers, diplomas/certificates/licenses, prospectus (for the securities companies), reports of the board of controllers, conclusions of inspection agencies, conclusions of audit organizations, accounting books, accounting documents, financial statements, correspondence and other administrative documents of the enterprise;
- Translate documents from Vietnamese into English and vice versa; perform duplicates and notarize administrative documents of enterprises at the competent agencies;
- Other administrative jobs will also be implemented according to the specific requirements of our clients.
